Do you think we are generally meeting the standards today? If not, where are our gaps?

Can we meet the problem list, med list and med allergy list? Do you think that definition is fuzzy? What is the real definition of “longitudinal and current history”? And what about patient reminders? Which ones do you pick?

And what about e-prescribing? Can we really accomplish this with limited vendors or is the limitation on vendors in our favor?
